We perform quality metal fabrication to meet your custom product needs. We have established an excellent reputation as a responsive supplier of custom fabricated fixtures and assemblies to the pulp and paper, power generation and manufacturing industries. We also offer standard parts that are kept in stock. In addition to one-off fixtures and assemblies, we build products for conventional applications. Some of our pieces include access platforms, stairways, tank covers, fixtures and tanks.

We have extensive experience in corrosion resistant fabrication using such exotic metals as Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium and high-nickel stainless steel. We are also well versed in carbon steel and standard stainless steel, in both structural and piping forms. Our fabrication division can provide certified code welding using carbon arc, SMAW, TIG, MIG and other methods as required. We can easily accommodate requests such as x-ray testing and custom weld procedure qualification.

Our fabrication division manufactures corrosion resistant fittings and inserts necessary for the construction of concrete and tile lined tanks. These items are most useful in the pulp and paper and chemical industries due to the unique requirement for bulk storage of liquids. This is particularly appealing to companies needing tanks to produce items like paper goods or food products. Some of our corrosion resistant products for the tile tank industry include pipe attachment and other nozzles, overflow outlets, and ladder rungs. We offer a quick-opening manway that allows easy access for interior inspection of tanks and storage chests.
